Depending on the value of the item, we recommend that you return the goods using Royal Mail’s Recorded or Special Delivery service. You are responsible for paying for the goods to be returned. The Post Office can advise you of the best method for you. It’s imperative that we receive the item(s) undamaged and these methods offer insurance up to a certain value.
